Our Mission

At Golden Management, our mission is to take on the properties and projects others avoid and transform them into safe, affordable homes that strengthen California’s communities.

We step into the toughest neighborhoods, tackling red-tagged and condemned buildings, investing thousands into cleanups, code corrections, and full rehabilitation. At the same time, we’re building 100+ ADUs across the Inland Empire, adding much-needed housing supply where it’s needed most.

With every project, we do more than restore buildings — we restore dignity, stability, and opportunity. By spending millions to rehab properties, build new units, and unlock overlooked spaces, we’re doing our part to close California’s housing gap, one address at a time.
